You order directly from the restaurant. The price you see for food is the price the restaurant set. Every fee is shown as a separate line item before you pay.
Tayeb is a technology platform. We manage the data and infrastructure that let you order from restaurants. We do not prepare food and we do not deliver it. Food prices are set and owned by the restaurant. Delivery is carried out by third party providers, arranged either through Tayeb or directly by the restaurant. The delivery fee belongs to that provider, not to Tayeb.
Each restaurant sets its own item prices, so there is no fixed price list across the platform. When you place an order, your total is made up of clear parts, each shown separately at checkout:

All transactions are charged in Jordanian Dinar (JOD).
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, or by cash on delivery where available. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Tayeb does not store your full card details.
